We are seeking several licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT, PsyD) to join our team!

Join us as a part time 1099 employee (to start). We’re offering flexible hours and requiring a minimum of 5 to 25 hours worked on a weekly basis. We use a reliable electronic health records system which includes a tele-health platform to see clients virtually as well as maintain documentation standards.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

* Establishes a positive, trusting rapport with clients.

* Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

* Creates individualized treatment plans according to client’s needs and

  circumstances.

* Meets with individuals, adolescents/teens, couples, families regularly to

  provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

* Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress.

* Involves and advises family members when appropriate.

* Refers clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.

* Maintains thorough records of client meetings and progress.

* Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.

* Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family    

  Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed    

  Psychologist (PsyD)

- Required: Clinical Licensure in the State of PA.

 

****Non-Licensed Clinicians will not be considered at this time.
 

Preferred:

- At least one year of working experience as a licensed therapist leading        

individual, family, and group therapy sessions. ***newly licensed clinicians are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

· Completion of MD or DO degree in Psychiatry

· Licensed in PA

· Valid state medical license and DEA registration for prescribing 

  controlled substances.

· Board certified from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology 

  (ABPN)

· Interested in a part-time contract position *(may lead to full-time if 

   interested)

· Malpractice Insurance


SPECIFIC DUTIES:

· Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment utilizing clinical guidelines 

  as appropriate

· Complete comprehensive psychosocial evaluations

· Provide clear, comprehensive documentation consistent with 

   professional standards and ALHW procedures

· Obtain informed consent and prescribe psychotropic medication as 

   indicated

· Follow practice guidelines issued by the American Psychiatric  

  Association and other professional organizations relevant to the 

  individual’s treatment

· Participate in crisis assessments and make necessary treatment 

  recommendations

· Maintain ethical standards at all times


Education:

· Doctorate (Required)


License/Certification:

· Psychiatrist License (Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including social media marketing, and gain knowledge on marketing for the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. This internship will provide valuable insights and practical skills that will enhance your understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

· Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.

· Complete projects related to content creation.

· Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.

· Handle inbound requests from vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients.

· Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.

· Create content for our internal social media platform.

· Assist with the planning and execution of events.

· Generate innovative ideas and contribute to the development of engaging content for all social media platforms. 

· Support the team with administrative tasks.

· Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

· A summer project will be assigned to the intern that will benefit the organization and culminate with a special presentation to leadership.

Requirements:

· Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

· Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements.

· Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends.

· Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management principles

· Familiarity with email marketing best practices

· Basic understanding of budgeting concepts in marketing

· Strong research skills to gather market insights and analyze data

· Proficient in using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

· Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes

· Interest in performance marketing strategies

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
